It’s time to do the right thing

This 3 minute video, published on Vimeo, discusses the relationship between sleep and athletics.

Adolescents are chronically sleep deprived, athletes that participate in early morning practices are acutely impacted. This video seeks to highlight this fact and call for an end to 5:00am wakeup times for high school student athletes in with the goal of achieving better health, mood, academic, and athletic performance.
